Scott Smedley
Scott loves working with people and their families to help develop goals that will drive his treatment. Having worked at Royal Melbourne hospital and Monash health, Scott gained invaluable experiences treating various Neurological conditions. In particular, he helped develop better processes to triage Vestibular issues through Monash Health. He has extensive experience helping to manage client’s with their primary diagnosis as well as managing their other medical health challenges. He thrives off a collaborative approach with other team members to get the best outcome for his clients.

- Assisting in medication titrations in an inpatient setting for people with Parkinson’s disease
- Managing complex multi-trauma and medically unwell clients
- Completed Level 1 Guide training with Disability Winter Sports Australia

Outside of work you might find Scott training for his next marathon, doing Yoga, teaching kids how to surf or hanging out with his friends and family.
Gabriel Teoh
Gabriel is a Physiotherapist passionate about helping people to return to their work, hobbies, and everyday lifestyles. He believes that because every person has their own unique journey it is important to listen and to develop a healthy management plan for their injuries, pain or persisting problems. Gabriel’s past experiences include working at South Eastern rehabilitation and The Victorian rehabilitation centre treating people with complex care needs. He also currently works for CRTT Monash Health helping to manage complex and chronic condition in the community.

Outside of work, you will find him doing all sorts of thing to keep his mind and body engaged. He may be on the wall where he continues to cultivate his rock-climbing career or in the kitchen learning to become an amateur MasterChef.
Phoebe Ip
Phoebe is a detailed, organised and committed to delivering holistic care that equips people with the knowledge and tools they need to enhance their quality of life. She believes that the best outcomes are achieved when physiotherapists listen and work closely with their patients. She leaves no stone unturned when thinking about your care needs and what will help you to reach your goals. Her experiences include neurological community rehabilitation at Wantirna Health, geriatric management at Peter James centre and chronic pain management.

Outside of work, you will find her trying all sorts of different things to keep herself busy. She might be wheel throwing her next ceramic piece, scoring her next unique piece at thrift markets or training for her first half-marathon.
Joy Ward
Joy first started On Track Physiotherapy as she wanted to change the way health care can be delivered to people. She is passionate about giving people the right tools to manage and improve their health long-term and live the best life they can live. She continues to work at Eastern Health’s Movement Disorders program as well as working privately at On Track. Please note, Joy is currently on maternity leave and not taking on any clients until 2026.

Joy is sports-obsessed having played tennis and volleyball from a young age and now feels she has missed her calling in life and wished she were a professional golfer on the LPGA. Instead, she’s more than happy to help you get back out onto the golf course.

Of course our Physiotherapy team cannot run without the help of our support staff. They include onsite and off-site reception assistance, administrative support to improve the complex care needs of our clients and also our allied health assistants who help to deliver exercise programs for our Physiotherapists.
