Physio for NDIS

On Track Physiotherapy offers specialised neurological physiotherapy for NDIS participants. We provide tailored care to improve mobility, independence, and overall well-being.

Expert Physiotherapy for Neurological Conditions

Physiotherapy can help NDIS participants with neurological conditions, such as stroke, cerebral palsy, Parkinson’s disease, or spinal cord injuries, to improve mobility, balance, strength, and independence. Our experienced physiotherapists conduct specialised neurological assessments to identify individual needs and create personalised programs targeting movement, coordination, and daily function. We also guide participants in navigating the NDIS, ensuring therapy aligns with their goals and funding. Using exercises, gait training, and assistive devices where needed, we empower participants to manage fatigue, prevent complications, and actively engage in their communities with greater confidence and independence.

How we can help?

Capacity Building

Physiotherapy falls under an NDIS category called ‘Capacity Building’. If provided with these funds you can access them to pay for your Physiotherapy and other Allied Health costs.

NDIS Physiotherapy focuses on mobility, transfers, accessing the community and sometimes improving hand function. At On Track Physiotherapy, harness your NDIS 'Capacity Building' funds for personalized services.

Assessment and reports

The NDIS often requires reports when either starting under the NDIS for the first time, applying for your next plan or applying for more and/or different funding.

We can complete assessments and reports to assist with applications and meetings with the NDIS. Let us streamline the process, ensuring that your unique needs are effectively communicated and met within the NDIS framework.

Assistive Technology

Assistive technology is any item, piece of equipment, software program, or product system that is used to increase, maintain, or improve the functional capabilities of persons with disabilities.” (https://www.atia.org)

At On Track we mainly assist clients to apply for Wheelchairs, Exercise equipment, Technologies and will often collaborate with Occupational Therapists for complex equipment needs.

How On Track Physiotherapy Can Help with NDIS

How We Support NDIS Participants at On Track Physiotherapy

Although the NDIS can be complex, it has helped many of our clients achieve goals that were not possible before the scheme.

At On Track Physiotherapy, we have supported NDIS participants since the very beginning of the rollout. We help clients navigate changes in funding, but more importantly, we focus on achieving real outcomes—whether those goals are small steps or life-changing milestones.

We have helped people walk more independently in their own homes, receive better-fitted wheelchairs for comfort and community access, and even return to activities they love, like snowboarding. Get in touch to find out how we can support you.
