Come join us for Pilates
Our Group classes are run by trained Physiotherapists helping you maintain your core strength and prevent injuries. We provide feedback and ensure that you are completing your exercises with the correct form and ensuring you are getting the full benefit from your exercises.
We are starting LIVE classes again in February! Classes in February will be at 9am. March we will move to our usual 10am time slot.
All participants needs to provide their own mats. Due to social distancing we can only have 8 people per class.
